1. Acceptance of Terms
By using queeniebhoney.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Honey is a seasonal product � specific varietals may sell out between harvests. We make reasonable efforts to indicate when products are unavailable or limited. Product images are illustrative; actual jars may vary slightly in fill level and label appearance due to small-batch production.
Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. This does not indicate spoilage or diminished quality � it is a characteristic of unprocessed honey. Instructions for liquefying crystallized honey are included on all jar labels.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders placed before a price change will be fulfilled at the price shown at checkout. We do not retroactively adjust prices on placed orders.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in product description, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
Payment is due at time of order for retail customers. Approved wholesale accounts operating on Net-30 terms are bound by separate wholesale agreement terms.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States only (48 contiguous states; contact us for Alaska and Hawaii). Processing time is 1�3 business days. Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier.
Extreme weather (heat over 95�F or freeze below 20�F) may delay shipment of orders to protect product quality. We will notify you by email if we hold an order for weather reasons.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer when we tender the package to the carrier. For damaged or lost shipments, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or store credit.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right � replacement, refund, or store credit, your choice.
Because honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened jars for hygiene reasons. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery � contact us first to arrange the return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Subscription orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled by emailing us at least 5 days before the next shipment date. Subscriptions cannot be retroactively cancelled for orders already in transit.
7. Honey Health Claims
Statements on this website about the potential health properties of honey are based on traditional use and published research. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make no medical claims about our products. Consult a healthcare provider if you have questions about dietary supplements or food allergies.
Raw honey should not be given to children under 12 months of age due to the risk of infant botulism. This warning is printed on all jar labels.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website � including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and design � is owned by Queenie-B Honey or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Sharing a product photo on social media with attribution is fine and appreciated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queenie-B Honey's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lane County, Oregon.
